Independent executive advisor with more than twenty years of international experience across the United States, Switzerland and several European markets, primarily in regulated sectors such as pharmaceuticals and biotech.
Senior leadership roles at Johnson & Johnson, Galapagos, Incyte and Hotelbeds have included responsibility for businesses of up to EUR 1.5 billion and teams of up to 400 professionals in complex, multi-market organizations.
My background combines strategic finance, general management, commercial operations and transformation leadership, with direct responsibility for business, organization and execution.
Fluent in English, German and Spanish, I work with leadership teams, country organizations and cross-border environments where alignment, interpretation and judgment are critical.
